Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our Customer Care team at 1800 889 1071 for an easy and hassle-free experience.

We understand that fragrance preferences may vary. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you are eligible to exchange the product. However, in such cases, customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address:

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchange is permitted only within the same product category.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Each customer is allowed only one exchange per order.

• A proper unboxing video is mandatory for the exchange process.

• Exchanged products will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days after the return is received and verified. 

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following condition:

• If we are unable to arrange or deliver the same product after the order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including personal preferences or fragrance dissatisfaction. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, cosmetic products are non-returnable once delivered, as they are not reusable. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 48 working hours. 

Exceptions for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Incomplete

2. Provide clear photos or videos of the unboxing and the product showing the issue.

If verified, TMPerfumeshouse will bear all replacement charges for:

• Wrong product delivery

• Incomplete combos

• Damaged items
