General Awareness
To ensure timely and successful delivery, it is crucial that customers provide an accurate and reachable contact number at the time of placing the order—this applies to both COD (Cash on Delivery) and Prepaid shipments.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

The delivery agent will attempt to call you once when delivering your parcel for the first time.

If the agent is unable to connect with you via the provided contact number, the chances of doorstep delivery may reduce.

In such cases, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest courier facility, and the customer may be required to collect it manually.

If not collected in time, the shipment may be marked for RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier, often without prior approval from TMPerfumeshouse.
For Prepaid Orders

For prepaid shipments, the delivery agent will require the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number at the time of delivery.

Without the OTP, the delivery will not be completed for security reasons.

In such cases, collection from the courier facility is not allowed, and the parcel will be automatically returned to origin (RTO).
To Avoid Delivery Issues

Always double-check and provide a valid, reachable mobile number.

Ensure you are available to receive OTPs and calls during the estimated delivery window.

Coordinate with the delivery partner promptly in case of any missed attempts.
