Receiving Your Order

• A signature is required upon delivery.

• If you are unavailable to receive the package, please ensure that a family member, colleague, or neighbor is authorized to accept it on your behalf.

• TMPerfumeshouse is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person at the delivery address.

Shortages or Damages

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, please adhere to the following:
