Welcome to our exchange and return policy page. We want every customer to enjoy a smooth, clear, and reliable experience. Therefore, this page explains our exchange rules, refund timelines, and return steps in a simple and organised way.


How Our Exchange and Return Process Works

Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once a request is placed, our support team will review it, and our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address.

A ₹149 return pickup charge will be applicable and adjusted at the time of return processing. 

Refund & Store Credit

Customers can choose either a refund or store credit at the time of placing the return request.

Refunds or store credit are processed only after the returned product reaches us. Once received, the product is inspected, and after successful verification, the refund or store credit is initiated within 48 working hours.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product is received and verified. 

Important Conditions

- Return and exchange requests are accepted within 15 days only
- Products must be unused and properly packed
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or missing items
- Any misuse of the return policy may lead to rejection of the request
